The cumulative tax burden in Kentucky is placing an unbearable financial burden upon working families and the job creators of our country - our business community. Enough is enough. Kentucky needs to totally revamp, if not eliminate its tax code and replace it with an inclusive, fair tax which taxes consumption rather than productivity.
